RETURN POLICY FOR HOME DELIVERY
Any product purchased from our website can be returned for replacement or refund by sending the product directly to the Company within seven (7) days from the date of its delivery. Customers can initiate this process by contacting us through our customer care number via call or WhatsApp: +91 9037517349 (Mon-Sat, 09:00 am to 06:30 pm) or through our customer care email: care@purifit.in and raising a ticket for return or refund.
Our products purchased from our website come with a 30-day return or refund policy.
Any product purchased from the website can be returned to the Company if the returned products meet the following conditions:
1. The product sold by the Company is damaged or defective, and such damages are only caused by manufacturing defects or damage in transit.
2. Receiving a different or wrong product from the one you have ordered.
Make sure to check the product for damages in the product packaging or if it has been opened or damaged by others upon delivery. Upon opening the package, if the customer notices any damages, defects, or receives a completely different product from the one purchased, the customer should contact the customer care team and inform them about the damages, defects, or the different product received. The customer can share photos or videos as proof, and the Company will issue a replacement for the product.
If the customer cancels the order to return or replace the product, the Company will arrange for the product’s return. The customer needs to assist and cooperate fully by returning the product with its original manuals, booklets, warranty card, accessories, and packing materials, or any other items that came with the product. When the product is picked up, customers will receive a pickup acknowledgment from the Company’s logistics partner. Customers should retain this acknowledgment and use it in all future communications with the Company about the matter.
