Return Policy for Home Delivery – Purifit.in
Any product purchased from our website can be returned for a replacement or refund by sending the product directly to the Company within sixty (60) days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return or Refund
Products purchased from Purifit.in are eligible for return or replacement if any of the following conditions are met:

The product received is damaged or defective, due to manufacturing issues or damage during transit.

The product received is different from what was ordered.
Important Instructions

Inspect the package upon delivery. If there is any visible damage to the packaging or signs of tampering, please notify our team immediately.

After opening, if you find the product to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact customer care and provide photo or video evidence.

Upon verification, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
Return Process
If you choose to cancel or return the product, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Please ensure the following:

The product must be returned with original manuals, booklets, warranty card, accessories, packaging, and any additional items received.

A pickup acknowledgment will be provided by our logistics partner upon collection.
