The Company provides warranty coverage for Product parts and servicing.
Registration: To activate your warranty, please register your product on the Company’s website within 7 days of purchase. Simply provide the serial number and other necessary details as requested on the website.

The Company may request photos, videos, or other evidence to assess the issue and provide a solution.
Authentic enterprise commits to repairing or replacing defective products within the warranty period.
We guarantee service/repair/replacement within the warranty period for issues/defects caused by manufacturing defects. We will repair or replace the complete unit at our discretion. Parts replaced or repaired by us are warranted for the balance of the original warranty or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.
This warranty does not cover:
– Damages due to misuse, accidents, natural disasters, transportation costs, periodic maintenance, etc.
– Repairs performed by unauthorized technicians.

Purifit Shower Filter cartridges are covered by a warranty for 90 days from the date of purchase for any manufacturing defects. However, the warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, physical damage, alterations, natural disasters, etc. It also does not cover cartridge blockages due to sediment accumulation or prolonged disuse.
